What will be the next alternative to ToS as a customizable platform where you can create your own indicators. there is a possibility TDAm reviews international accounts and suspends dealing with certain countries (again) and i don't want to move to a platform that uses C++/C# for writing my own studies, and i loved the simplicity of ToS scripting engine/language.. ? what's the next "simple" platform from your expereince to move to?? thanks

Hi,

If you exclude C++ and C#...
- TradeStation and MultiCharts (not the .NET version) use Easy Language
- Sierra Chart allows programming based on Excel-like spreadsheets (as a simpler alternative to its C++-based programming language)

I'm sure that there are other platforms that other futures.io (formerly BMT) members will point out.

Nicolas

( If you want to have a closer look to what Easy Language looks like, you can open the 2 manuals I have posted in that message: )

Hi All, still weighing different choices that can provide a customizable platform and a reliable broker for stocks and options.. what's your experience with OX? i searched around the forum quickly but didn't find much.

i'm more interested in feedback around their fill, quote/data accuracy and client services (with international investors) .. TDAm proved to be below expectations in that regard with instability towards non-US-based traders.

aware OX don't offer a customizable platform, but maybe one can rely on ToS for that..

feedback and experiences appreciated,
RedK
