Any of you collecting data from a Ninja Indicator into SQLite?

It appears that SQLite database can entirely run in memory, including the data tables, so there is no disk i/o once it is launched.

This is a project on my table, perhaps I'll start soon....

It would be useful to have the connect and disconnect code, as well as insert

There would be multiple indicators running, each one posting data to the database. Each of the instantiated indicators would have its own connect.

The idea would, at certain intervals, to pull data from the in memory SQLite database into a permanent database such as SQL Server where I can then do more robust analytic s on it.

If no one has done this I will post what I do, but it may be a little while before I can get something working. Can't promise when..

:-)

found this:

System.Data.SQLite: File List

System.Data.SQLite: About

evidently the native interface is C/C++ and this wrapper provides access for ADO.NET

don't know how to use it yet...but will post here for documentation in case others are interested

found here

System.Data.SQLite: System.Data.SQLite Download Page

(also for .Net 4, but doesn't NT use 3.5?)

this appears to be the source for the most current adapters, the two or three others I've seen from other providers are obsolete/discontinued
