Well it's been over a year and I guess I have no takers on this thread. :cricket chirp cricket chirp: rofl
I guess people are shy to cast the first stone but some great threads start out with the OP casting the first stone like
Anyways, This is kind of embarrassing but strangely enough I started trading in 2007 after I saw the movie Paranormal Activity. I thought the main character, perhaps secondary character, Micah was a complete asshole yet he was rich as a day trader. Some thoughts ran through my head initially like how can this ignorant hot headed guy make so much money at such a young age? I didn't really like the movie all that much even though I thought it was decently scary, but It sparked a curiosity in my head that lead me to thinking. I was always under the impression that large money only ever came to those who inherited it or came upon a miracle yet trading offered a different approach. I was hooked probably for the wrong reasons but eventually began to enjoy the more zen/philosophical side of trading. This side of trading has kept me interested since. I started out with Currencies, and although I still trade them, I ventured into scalping oil, gold, and tf all for the wrong reasons. Eventually I came to my senses and started trading more rationally. There you have it I googled day trading after watching Paranormal Activity. Yes unfortunately it's true.
for kicks
