Question regarding User CP

My mail box is full with notifications for threads reply.
(Threads that I've participate in the past).

How can I cancel those mail's ?

From futures.io (formerly BMT) main page, click on User CP. Then on left side click List Subscriptions. Select the checkbox of those you wish to delete. Then below the list you'll see a drop down list with a Delete Subscription option.

In every email there is also a link at the bottom to unsubscribe from the thread, or all threads.
