Hey guys,
I found something strange in Ninja Trader but maybe it's just my mistake:
Look at this screenshot :
the Open is the same as the Close in the bars that I have marked.
Why they have different colors ?
It would be better when the bars where the Open=Close=High were green and
when Open=Close=Low were red.
Is this a bug of the "nogaprange" bars ?
Need some help please...
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?

Hi Warren,
I believe its more the bar type you have chosen that is causing this effect.
However, I did not test this chart type against this bar type.
Test this bar type against NT's Range bar chart and see if the results are the same.

I take a look at the normal range bars and it seems to be similar.
Sometimes the bars with Open=Close are red sometimes they are green.
Can't see the logic behind that.

Hey guys,
I wrote a very simple indicator:
if ( Close[0] == Open[0] )
BarColor = Color.Yellow;
Now take a look at the screenshot .
I marked the bars with a red arrow which not changed their color.
Why ????

Sorry. Please delete that one in the elite circle.
Do you have any ideas why the bars become not colored ?
Please take a look at the screenshots .

Hey Mike,
there is a big bug in ninja trader ! Please do the following:
Open a 3 range chart of any intrument.
Put this indicator in the chart.
Tell me why not all candles were Open=Close become colored.
That's a big bug. Think about all the indicator which not work correctly!
Can't believe what I see.
To:max-td
I emailed them. They told me this is the case when I use OHCL bars. But that makes 0% sense. I tested it with candlesticks and it's the same bug.
