trick to rolling a covered call on TOS but paying only 1 commission?

Ages ago, at a free TD AM seminar I went to (when I first got introduced to covered calls and options), the presenter showed a trick in TOS where you could roll a covered call (probably works on any options, covered or not) but only pay a single commission instead of being charged 2 of them.

Anyone here know the trick? I did it before, I think, but don't remember how. I don't even remember if TOS will correctly show the # of commissions charged in the confirmation/preview.

I think TOS (or someone else put together) a video of the trick but I don't know where to find it.

When placing the initial order in the Trade - All Products tab under Spread type choose: Covered Stock. This creates the Covered Call as 1 trade. If initiated this way when rolling over it should roll over as 1 trade as well.
