I would like to make a suggestion, proposal or ask for help to native english speakers in this community. Webinars in this forum are incredibly interesting. However, for me, and I suppose for others is difficult to full understand Why? because spoken english is much more difficult than writen english.
Well, subtitles in english could help people like me. If I don`t understand something, all I have to do is to look up in the dicttionary.
Something like TED | Translations in bigmike, but just in english, where volonteers subtittle the most viewed webinars.

This is already possible with youtube cc function. I've made a small video to show you how, as all futures.io (formerly BMT) webinars are recorded on youtube as well you can use this add on.
Note: Sometimes even google translator has a hard time translating some Rebels' slang from Texas
