I have one that was publicly posted here that was (maybe is) supposedly on the same C network as zenfire and other rithmic hosted equipment in 350 E Cermak: 64.202.118.5

I am preferably looking for something near the rithmic order server in Aurora but I would take anything pingable in Aurora.

And actually please pm me rather than post unless the info is already public

You can ping futures.io (formerly BMT) servers for a pretty close proximity.

Here is my result from futures.io (formerly BMT) datacenter:

Code
# ping 64.202.118.5
PING 64.202.118.5 (64.202.118.5) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from 64.202.118.5: icmp_req=1 ttl=250 time=0.568 ms

64 bytes from 64.202.118.5: icmp_req=9 ttl=250 time=0.549 ms
^C
--- 64.202.118.5 ping statistics ---
9 packets transmitted, 9 received, 0% packet loss, time 7998ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 0.549/0.609/0.835/0.085 ms
Keep in mind this is on a busy web server, if it was completely idle the response would be better.

Mike

Thanks. However I am looking for a way to test pings into Aurora from the outside (so I need any Aurora ip that is externally pingable) The ip I posted (which was posted here previously) was for pinging into 350 E Cermark (well I am 99% sure).

@bidask201

Not sure if the below help, I am not a techie so I did not have much luck trying to Ping these.

The list below came from NT in a response to a post of mine on their site where they were trying to help me with very short duration disconnections. They suggested I give this list to my ISP for them to test if the ISP was having connection/communication issues with these IP addresses.

"IP Addresses for Zen-fire :

ritpz02502.02.rithmic.com (64.202.118.230)
ritpz02503.02.rithmic.com (64.202.118.231)
ritpz02504.02.rithmic.com (64.202.118.236)
ritpz02505.02.rithmic.com (64.202.118.240)
ritpz02506.02.rithmic.com (64.202.118.241)
ritpz02512.02.rithmic.com (64.202.118.207)
ritpz02513.02.rithmic.com (64.202.118.208)

PORTS TO ACCESS ON MACHINES LIST ABOVE:

TCP Ports: 65000, 64100, 63100, 56000, 55555, 44444, 40000 through to 41099
UDP Ports: 45454"
