Looking for manual price band indicator

Anyone know where I can find a manual-entry indicator for NT that will allow me to plug in a couple of prices and it will create a price "band" on a chart? I.E., I plug in 1672 and 1675 and it will give me a horizontal band of color spanning those prices on the chart.
