Could someone help me with the following question: I have installed anaSuperTrendM1 on NinjaTrader 5 min charts connected through a Market Analyzer window that lists several stocks and it works great. How can I set up an alert to let me know when one of those stocks (on the MA) is switching from bullish to bearish etc according to the SuperTrend indicator? I would appreciate any help here... TIA.

There are several ways of achieving what you want:

The Supertrend M1 was not exactly coded to be used 20 times on a market analyzer. It performs still too many calculations to update the median. I have since developped a better version, which I will share with you, if you are interested:

-> This version uses the prior value of the median, which is calculated with the first tick of each bar only (huge gain in CPU performance), you would need to reduce the period of the median by 1 compared to the anaSupertrendM1
-> It allows to trigger trend changes both on bar close or intrabar.
-> It has inbuilt alerts.

If you use this version you can put it on a market analyzer and open an alert window. No further coding required. Otherwise the supertrend exposes the value of the trend as true (uptrend) or false (downtrend).
It would be easy to transform it in a way that it can show signals directly in the market analyzer.

If you would like to use that (free) indicator, just send me a private message. I can also modify the indicator to show alerts directly on the market analyzer.
