I have an opposite question if I may.

I've updated 2 indicators that I have posted in the appropriate section which have been downloaded several hundred times each. Not having done this before am I supposed to do something specific so that notifications are sent out to those that have downloaded the earlier version(s)?

Edit the text of the download to include a 'changelog' of sorts, at minimum just clearly show the date of the new version so people can quickly tell if they want to download the new version or not.

Then you need to make a post on the forum somewhere (wherever the most relevant thread is) that links to the download and makes it clear you posted a new version. When I read the post, I will send out the notifications of the new download.

As suggested I posted that there was an update and picked the "Want your indicator created free" thread as I didn't know what other would be considered a relevant thread.

How about the possibility of creating a thread that is only used for posting when there is an update to an indicator. That would allow those that wanted to know about updates to subscribe to the thread, those that didn't could view it whenever they want, and you would only need to look in one place for sending out notices, and everyone posted their updates notices in one place?.

Just a thought.

Best I can tell, you did not update your downloads. You created new downloads. It is best to remove the duplicate new entries, and instead update the original entries. Once that is done, post a link to the entry and then I'll send notifications. Uploading new entries defeats the entire purpose of sending notifications.

Sorry Mike, I didn't understand the process.

I've updated the original downloads with the new indicators, screenshots, and description as requested. I also updated the links in the post in the thread previously mentioned. It doesn't appear that I can delete the incorrect posts in the downloads section. Would you please handle that for me?

***Update***
The BBand2 indicator does not seem to get updated correctly when I do an upload. The Downloads button shows the older V3 version. I've uploaded the correct version several times and it doesn't seem to take hold. Am I doing something wrong here. The DPO upload worked fine.
