Display close to induce crossover

Hello All. New to forum and coding, seem like many smart people here to share ideas with. Trying to code a bubble above the current bar with the close required to create a crossover of 2 moving averages or any 2 indicators. For example if the 20ema 50ema. I thought this would help when trying to front run your indicator. Thanks in advance. Rich
