Does anyone have a template or a zip file for the Cummulative Delta for Sierra. I don't know how to set it up for the continous difference in ask/bid volume. Someones help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Hector

I just made the same mistake and learned that cumulative is with just one "m". Who knew that 4 years later a thread about English spellings would be so useful

Thanks @BigMike!

Numbers Bars Calculated Values

IMHO a study everyone should become intimate with

I've posted an excel sheet with the definition of each subgraph (so you don't have to go to SC documentation and you can print it out

Hi William, I know that the Number Bars Calculated has the Deltas and separate bids and asks but I was hoping to pull them and get the cumulative relative to average of last x days. Then I found the Cumulative Delta Bars (what a great name!)study and I am a happier man.

I'm still uncovering things from the Numbers Bars Calculated, can you point me to the link of your cheat sheet?

I agree,

There's some real hidden value there that most people would of over looked. Combining that with the numbers bars study is a great way to read the tape.

"Free markets work because they allow people to be lucky, thanks to aggressive trial and error, not by giving rewards or incentives for skill. The strategy is, then, to tinker as much as possible and try to collect as many Black Swan opportunities as you can"

Over in the thread "Standard Deviation Moves"

Also here's something that *perhaps* is of help

I have the following studies in Chart Region 2 witch is the volume study. I have it set so that only the numbers appear, no lines.

"Summation - Periodic" for bid volume and ask volume - in this case it's 60 on an M1 chart. Obviously you can set the period to whatever you want.
