whole number indicators?

whole numbers/round numbers? either way i am looking for recent indicators that work with NT7 that will plot custom lines on these important numbers, especially for the currency futures.. i had one that i was using for cbooth's setups, but it crashed my charts if i switched between the different currency futures(the ones that have diff decimal place values)..

You can do it with original settings in NT.

1. Right-click on the right the the chart (at price) and press "properties".

2. Adjust "Horizontal grid lines type" to ticks and "horizontal grid lines interval value" to either 100,1000 etc depending on the instrument. I use 100 on most currencies to get lines on round number.

3. Go to chart properties (ctrl-t) and set "plot horizontal grid lines" to true. Remember to adjust the colors !

Done.

for some reason that makes my price axis disappear..

Here is an easy and very flexible way to accomplish what you want by using the Fibonacci tool. (see pictures)

Once defined, give it a name like round_number.

I have not tried this myself, but noticed it the other day when trawling the NT indicators. I actually used a 'paid for' indi to do this.

This NT indi may have been written by @monpere as that name is tagged in the forum.

this i think was the one that i have that freezes my chart when switching between instruments with more decimal places.. like going from the 6E to the 6J.. looked at the code and i think they are the same..
