I use the ECO2New Indicator on some of my charts. I want to keep the text box that says "Long" or "Fading" or Short" but I want to get rid of the lower box with says "ECO Diff +1.38' or something like that.

I tried to comment out the lines that I thought were appropriate but it left a black box were the ECO box once was. How do I get that to not plot the black box?

Here is a screenshot of a chart showing that little black box.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Todd

Todd,
In my ECO file from line 213, it looks like this...
I commented out the "DrawTextFixed" lines referencing "EcoDown" or "EcoUp"
Hope that helps
Kirk

PS, I'm looking for the best settings for use with the TF Russell (if anybody has a preference they can share)

if(showText)
{
// if(eco[0]<eco[1])
// DrawTextFixed("EcoDown", " ECO Diff -" + ECOminus.ToString("0.00"), bPosition, Color.Black, new Font("Arial Narrow", 12), Color.Crimson, Color.Red, 10);
// else
// RemoveDrawObject("EcoDown");
//
// if(eco[0]>eco[1])
// DrawTextFixed("EcoUp", " ECO Diff +" + ECOplus.ToString("0.00"), bPosition, Color.Black, new Font("Arial Narrow", 12), Color.DarkGreen, Color.LimeGreen, 10);
// else
// RemoveDrawObject("EcoUp");

if(eco[0]<0 && average[0]<0 && eco[0]<average[0])

Thanks, Zeller... I did what you said and it gave me 4 errors in lines 301 thru 304 so I went back and messed around with it and finally got it to work.

In the end had to leave the lines which said "(eco[0]<eco[1])" as not commented out.
Not sure why but I'm just glad it's working.

Thanks for your help.

Todd
