Help to Translate "ADXVMA" ...

Good Morning to all of you, I am trying to "Translate" ADXVMA to Metastock. For me it is difficult, as i can not "understand - translate" STEP by STEP available code, i would like if somebody could help in "translating to Metastock" OR "Explain - Describe STEP by STEP" the code.
