Yes, pretty much. But not quite for testing of automated strategies. You don't get enough information to make it a professional grade backtest/walkforward

absolutely. You can get as much information as you'd like in NT. Depends on the feed that you use or database for data.

Not results information you can't. For example you can't get a cumulative profit curve or a correct max drawdown for a multi market backtest.
