High guys, I am trying to draw automatic overnight session HIGH and LOW lines (premarket), but I want the lines displayed in my RTH session automatically.

What is the easiest way to do that? Via session statistics? Or custom indicator? Or some quotepage workaround?

Petr

I mean I d like to do this using Investor/RT, and I d like to do it by creating my own session statistics or simple custom indicator.

I highly recommend going through the videos on their site...

Personally, I prefer to just have the high/low plot in a spreadsheet. I don't like having too many lines on my chart...

In this chart, I've plotted the 24 hr data (session 31) on ES. I've added two custom indicators to the chart...one for overnight high and one for overnight low. Within the custom indicator settings, I've chosen to record current value into V#21 (ONHI) and V#22 (ONLO). So on any other chart, you can add reference lines setup to "use V#: V#21" (and 22). You will need to keep the chart below open to keep the values updating dynamically. You may choose to change the user variable (V#) being used if you're already using V#21 and V#22 for other purposes.

Another page that may be of interest, this page on the QuoteBoard has a video on QuoteBoarding Dynamic Price Levels which will demonstrate much of this process: Investor/RT - QuoteBoard Indicator

Hope this helps...
