Does anyone know of a DOM and/or Chart Trader to execute trades w Investor RT in Replay mode? I'm currently making simulated and live trades via NT7 when the market is open but of course this doesn't work in replay mode. Thx!

What's the issue you are having with using Ninja in replay mode.

You should be able to use chart trader, T&S and DOM in replay mode as far as I know.

Is your DOM showing no levels?

Well, I guess I just need to know how to connect NT with IRT somehow so I can execute trades via NT when IRT is in Playback mode. Any help would be very appreciated!

True indeed - you can trade on Ninja Replay but not through IRT....

What about Autotrader or TradeMaven? My greatest struggle is first finding one that will do what I want (execute trades w IRT in Playback Mode) then finding out how to link them. I can usually find such info on the www but this one isn't so easy.

I've downloaded Autotrader but not any info on linking w IRT.

I've emailed IRT support... so meantime I'm hoping some kind individual who's already found a solution might chime in? Thx again!

Ideal: An intuitive trade execution interface that works in IRT Playback mode using IQ Feed data.

...so I can instantly practice trade the Volume Breakdown Tool (similar to GomCD but no more hassles w gaps in data in NT Replay mode).

Christopher at Fulcrum Trading is asking one of his programmer connections with IRT and will be letting me know shortly.

P.S. I think it's time NinjaTrader hires Gomi to do it right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did some experimenting last night -- I was able to run a replay with Investor RT and Ninja Trader at the same time. I basically set up Investor RT in replay mode, started it and then paused it, I then set up NT in replay mode, started it until it had caught up to Investor RT, then basically started both at the same time.

It's a second or two off, not perfect, but pretty darn close to the real thing (in real trading my signals from NT and Investor RT don't line up to the second anyway).

I've been using Investor RT for about two weeks, looking at Cumulative Volume Delta in addition to my normal setup I look at using Ninja.

Hope this helps..

Keith
