Anybody have a clue how to configure a single or double click all in / 3 tier scale out order in TWS Booktrader that can be easily adjusted after entry from the DOM?

I tried the Scale settings in the Profit Taker section but the 2nd and 3rd tiers are not visible or adjustable within the DOM.

I know Ninja does this well but I'm not interested in mixing that with my MultiCharts setup. I'm just biding time until the MC DOM is more mature.
