I had a question about Spread charting on each version of the new web-based TT platform.

There are two kinds of futures spreads, exchange supported and non-supported (which I will call synthetic).

I am 99% sure that the pro version with the autospreader charts all kinds of spreads "properly" i.e. "offer vs. bid," not "close vs. close" like most mass market charting programs do. This eliminates the false spikes you see on less liquid synthetic spreads.

Does the non-pro TT platform also "properly" chart synthetic spreads? Could I type in "5000*SIZ - 100*GCZ" and get a chart that reflects the actual, tradable historical Silver/Gold spread price, even if I don't have autospreader set up?

I am assuming that the non-pro TT platform properly charts exchange supported spreads, since they have their own orderbooks, but please correct me if I am wrong.

Also, what other platforms have similar charting capabilities for spreads without an autospreader? CQG? CTS T4? ESignal? Ninja? Sierra?

The charts on X_TRADER as well as TT are indeed accurate to where the spread would trade as we calculate the data points based on bid-to-bid / ask-to-ask. Thank you for mentioning that. Synthetic spreads are created with Autospreader and Pro license is required to construct and chart synthetic spreads on the TT platform.

Love TT on my desktop and the web. I'm even thinking about letting go of the hamster wheel of using a potential funding programs that only uses rithmic because I like TT so much.

Is there a way to get keyboard entry functionality on the desktop version of TT? I know it is possible on xtrader but i haven't found a way to do it on TT.

Is AHK a decent option since the window opens in the exact same space?

Same question here and I would like to know if the release of continuous futures contracts is still Q1 2017? Thank you!
