Yes but it is very old material. I have some video courses of him demonstrating how he trades the FTSe and the ES. The style and approach is essentially the same but the specifics differ. In respect to the ES, if my memory serves me well, he largely trades certain candle patterns when he judges he has a 3:1 R/R which is how he sets his targets. HTH ..

It wasn't that it was obviously flawed but there are so many pattern recognition plus a few filters ideas knocking around. It was just never felt sufficient for me to put serious money behind but TBH I never gave it a comprehensive trial. I trade primarily with Cummulative Delta and Ergodics + a fast T3 indicator on Price with an entry time-frame(TF) and an Anchor chart TF . Volume metrics work best for me and I have made them central to my decision making. I also use S/R and like the ToTheTick bands which I purchase for the ES and they complement what I do and will consider them for the 6E --wish they were available for Dax which is my current favourite.

Hi Bramhal17,
I had never heard of "To the Tick" before, will certainly look in to that....also that T3 is that the Trix that we have in the download section here? Do you use that as a Trigger on a small TF chart? Sorry for all the questions but it is interesting how each Trader comes to find his own niche and I think it can only be accomplished by trial and error.

The trading style or system if you will must fit the individuals emotions, physiology, risk tolerance, you name it, everything must come together.

Which Cumulative Delta to you find helpful?

Thank you for your help and insight.

HT

Hi Bramhal17,
I had never heard of "To the Tick" before, will certainly look in to that....also that T3 is that the Trix

T3 usually refers to the Tillson T3 moving average found in NT7 as a system indicator.

Hi Bergsra -- Yes Danny is correct T3 = TillsonT3. I primarily use Investor/RT these days so T3 is just a standard drop down menu type MA indicator there. In essence, there is nothing uniquely wonderful about it and IMO any of the customised MA's would do. I should point out that I don't use Ninja so I cannot comment on specifics for that platform. The Cummulative Delta I use is from the Volume Breakdown tool in I/RT (Ask/Bid) set to Delta Bars. I overlay this with a customised MA -- found the MAMA (in I/RT) to be the tightest but same comments apply. The primary external influences for me have been Christopher aka Fulcrum Trader, you will find his video presentation in the 'Elite Club' here plus as already stated the 'ToTheTick' bands which for the ES I employ on my anchor chart (0.75 Renko for ES) and whilst these are not inviolate and the name is marketing hype! I have found them very useful as an extra probability factor for entries & exits --esp the former.

HTH -- though we have wandered well off the thread's main topic.

Hello,

I have been receiving emails from Malcolm for the past week or so regarding a new set of NT indicators using order flow. He is also selling his strategy using NT along with the NT indicators.

Lest I be accused of being one of his hacks, let me say that I don't currently day trade. I'm a relative new comer to trading having spent the past 7 months in online education learning the foundations of stocks and options. I find his videos to be compelling but since I don't daytrade I don't see that I could use his system to the max.

Hope this helps,
jwhtrades

I've been getting his e-mails too, and the promotional videos look compelling. But if he has an automated system that can make $1000+ per week trading only 1 contract, I don't get why he bothers to sell the system. So that's why I am not convinced.

Here Mike...hope it helps, I have not checked links yet.

Hi HT,

I am now including the HiLoDiv system with all orders of the OFlow System!
I will send a more detailed video link tomorrow, but for now take a look at
some chart snapshots (attached) I have just taken of the HiLoDiv in action.

The OFlow system promotion will end at midnight on Good Friday (or when
I reach my target).

You can use the OFlow System on any market, trade with any number of
contracts, and create your own exit strategy. This is the most customisable
and flexible strategy, and is based on the sound market logic of Order Flow.

To order by credit card (payment plan available):
https://s3.amazonaws.com/FDT/OFlow/Order/OFlowAnnual.html

To order via PayPal (please allow 24 hours for fulfilment):
$1997 one payment:
https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=XKM4X5FKVVQFG
3 x $799 Plan:
https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=HJHFR7Y6HVF74

Here is a short video of trades from last week for the OFlow System:
https://futures.infusionsoft.com/link/11dc0a3320/16fbca0

Here is the video that shows you how to configure the OFlow System:
https://futures.infusionsoft.com/link/11dc0a3320/16caf60

Here is the first video again, where I explore Order Flow and how you can
use it to identify the best trade set ups:
https://futures.infusionsoft.com/link/11dc0a3320/169a220

A few people have asked me about the trading platform
I use and it is Ninja Trader. You can get a free copy with
a 30 day realtime data trial from Mirus Futures:

I'm looked into Malcolm's methods. He uses divergence of price and buy/sell order flow and combines it with candle reversals, so overall a good idea in theory. Like any divergence trade though... price can carry on diverging for some time. I tried his trade room for a week. On one particular day there was a gap trade in play. He took a trade against it and got stopped out. I commented that it looked like they were trying to close the gap. He took another trade which also got stopped out... and by this stage the gap was closed. Seemed to me he was following his system well but a bit of discretion would have kept him out of trying to fade an obvious gap play. I don't recall the rest of the week being that profitable so didn't sign up for more. I also tried the oflow indicator. There are alot of settings which allow for optimisation. I tried a few but couldn't get any consistency with it.

Thanks for your reply, greatly appreciated. Was not aware Malcolm offered any type of trial or demo on his products or services. The material I received was selling only. Since I don't day trade as of yet I didn't see the need or want to budget the money. The more I read from people like yourself here and elsewhere I'm reminded of the "KISS" principles. While I look at many indicators I've tried to standardize on just a few to make my trade decisions.

Thanks again for a great response!

You're welcome. The trial was a while ago when he first launched oflow. It included his Mastery of trading course and a free copy of his CCI system which you can find here w w w. hilodivergencesystemreview dot com

There's also earlier version of the Oflow called HiLo Divergence system on some forums.
For me I just haven't seen enough proof this stuff works to warrant further testing. If the owner can show a consitent profit with it over say 6 months, then I'll give it another go.

The order flow indicator he has can be done very simply in IRT or market Delta, so no need to buy the software, I purchased the order flow indicator a while back an realised it was very similar to one I all ready had that I got for trade station and it was free, ( no longer available) but I did send the coding to Chad at IRT and he duplicated it for me..
after telling Malcolm this he refunded me, which I guess does show some integrity.

see link below

Images | ChartHub.com

I came to the conclusion after spending way to much on vendors that most are only advertising there services because they can not make money trading for a living.
So I gave up on website methodologies and found some one that actually trades rather than advertises.

well all I am saying is if you have IRT or market Delta then this indicator can be done with simple coding at no cost,, the link in the last post has all the chart definitions so all a IRT or Market delta user would have to do is down load the definitions from that site,,
