Here is the QQE3. I have no opinion regarding its money making value.
Looks like just another of the many ho-hum price following oscillators, but at least this version is available at a low cost. And will run a lot leaner than the sub optimal implementation that I started from.
This is a revised version that does not depend on MA_EMA or MA_LLMA.

Two posts before this one, the revised cs file just uploaded does not depend on the two indicators MA_LLMA and MA_EMA that you do not have.
