I have a friend in the room right now and he said Huddy calls the trades audibly and has been profitable every day he has been in the room and gets some nice runners, has small stops, takes little heat, and gets out of losing trades quickly

Channel Trading Recent experiences

I am a new member of Channel Trading and must say I have been impressed with his trading acumen, teaching attitude, and trade management discipline. Having tried several trade rooms, his is by far the best. His risk to reward ratios are excellent, the best I have seen. Friday I took one of the trades he called out (6E), risking 5 ticks to earn 4, 10, 18 ticks on 3 scaled contracts. He usually looks for 30-40 tick potential trades, risking 4-6 ticks.

In my opinion, he was a lot better when he traded the ES vs. the 6E. He doesn't give precise entry numbers on 6E and instead gives an area of about a 5 ticks for entry. Since he scales starting at +4 ticks you can have completely different results based on your entry fill. When I see his his trades documented on twitter I wonder where he gets some of those fill numbers. After taking out commissions my experience with him over a few months was a little better than break-even.

I have the same thoughts as Saw Dr. after a few months. After taking out all the commissions you are about break even. Using his method you absolutely have to trade 3 or more contracts or you will probably lose. If you do trade multiples you probably won't lose, but in my opinion you won't make much though either.

channel trading: es vs 6e

Thank you for your comments. Being new in the room, I don 't have much track record and don't take all his trades since I am often in my own trades at the time. I have employing his approach to capture larger moves in other markets and signed up for his volume/market profile tool, which has proved quite useful.

Appreciate your insights into the transition from ES to 6E. Huddy believes that it is much more profitable to trade the 6E. Interesting to hear that it has been mostly breakeven for you. I will need to pay closer attention to what net results would be taking all his trades, since I really don't.

Has anyone else been trading in this room and having good results? Have you been able to get the same entries/exits as Huddy?

Thanks

Channel Trading

I am in Channel Trading's Room. Kevin calls out audible. Has been a good learning experience. He is very good at what he does and calls out trades that have a very good risk to reward ratio. Highly recommended.

Hudson was using the TAS Indicators and singing praises about them, but I don't know if he still does, as he has his own indicator software now. Actually I don't think TAS are selling or leasing their stuff to the public atm.
Hudson himself has some good quality stuff now and I especially like his ProChannel and ProChannel Oscillator.

Best Chat Room I Have EVER Found

I've been trading since 1958. Yes, we actually did trade THAT far back, by telephone. Over the years I have made and lost thousands. I've spent thousands more on courses, books, seminars, lectures, and trading/chat rooms - ALL designed to to improve my trading skills. Today, there are literally hundreds of trading/chat rooms available to any trader. I've used a number of them over the years. Some good, soon bad, and everywhere in between. Huddy, with Channel-Trading does the BEST job of anyone I have ever used. Period. He is conservative and so accurate that it's almost scary. He also spends a LOT of time educating his members. If you are looking for a serious place to learn how to trade the ES successfully, or just for someplace that will take you to the next level with your trading, look no further. You will not find anyone out there who will be a better job for you - bar none.

Need help?
1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first.
2) Start a journal and post to it daily with the trades you made to show your strengths and weaknesses.
3) Set goals for yourself to reach daily. Make them about how you trade, not how much money you make.
4) Accept responsibility for your actions. Stop looking elsewhere to explain away poor performance.
