I write to TrustPilot yesterday. And you know what ? they write bellow me and say "the log in Ninjatrader was edited" this is not true and is other trick to dont pay.
I sent all logs for NT and all here know the only REAL log is in Rithmic, who control every trade.
I offer to access to my Pc in remote desk and check NT and all logs and only have 1 email saying " They only count as a trading days ONLY is was in profit more than 100 US. This rules is never write. Another thing is the Help Desk, inside the problems day one Guy request 7 days after I sent the Logs sent again and explain my trading system and the logs. Other Guy answer the are delay in more than 3 days after the payment day, and need to wait. In my view there are not real Trading Desk, only seller.
I closed the account and cancel paypal.
Hope I learn there and here free launch is not exist.
