Real-time with limited brokers last I read and the most popular being NT8 which is also supported by TradesViz for real-time trades syncing and costs less than 1/2 their price.

Kinda off-topic, but IMHO, I don't get the point about "verifying" trade records. No journal can truly guarantee this and being able to at least group/split the trades the way you want is important for any journal. Taking away even that basic journaling functionality for "validity" of trades does not seem like a good trade-off to me.

I have better things to do than promote Jigsaw for them but to be clear, Journalytix classifies a trade as from flat to flat which seems logical to me. And you can still group trades by user tags added after trade entry: reversal trade, momentum trade, error trade, scalp etc, or by account name for different accounts or practice, sim accounts, and also add notes and screenshots to trades.
You just can't delete trades or edit the actual trade entry/exit size details or add trades not transmitted via the feed/platform.

And this list of brokers/data feeds/platforms/product types from the Help Manual doesn't seem at all limited to me:

But as you say, there are a selection of different products that have different features, pros and cons and respective prices so people can choose accordingly.

You do not win as a trader, you just get to play again the next day. If that game doesn’t appeal to you then you should not trade. Gary Norden

I did spend some time on this by now and it seems like Journalytix is the best choice.

Just my impression.

FWIW - I decided to not buy Journalytix at this (that) point, although I'm sure it's a nice piece of software.
