FYI the apex trade copier is the flowbots app, just reskinned and without the ability to use credits to trades across the internet.

I'm using the flowbots local network mode instead so no need for remote credits either. Besides the credits, the other problem with over the internet is it takes too long, like 1 second so the slippage is often high. But ninjamobiletrader vps set me up with a vps for each rithmic prop firm, and put all the vps in a local network together so I can copy trades unlimited without remote credits. In local network mode, there's no slippage.

Its an outside service that setups a remote server for you and installs ninjatrader on the servers. It creates a local network between the servers so that you can run trade copier in local mode. It allows you to connect to the accounts from anywhere and any device. The most popular service that does this is https://ninjamobiletrader.com/ but there are alternatives or you could set it up yourself

Sorry to hear you had issues. I've had them before and it sucks. In case you weren't aware here are some tips to quickly exit trades in case of issues (for rithmic accounts only)
  1. flatten accounts at: https://apextraderfunding.com/member/FlattenAccounts
  2. try to log in at the website: https://www.rithmic.com/rtraderpro-web/ - Use Apex type, and choose a european data connection like frankfurt
  3. if none of those work, try a different device on a different internet connection. I've had to use my phone a few times when my wi-fi went down.

Yes I made myself very aware of the "flatten function" on their website......... only to be greeted by multiple refreshes to get in.

Ill share a recent issue with Apex Trader Funding, this past Wednesday CPI morning, Sept 13, 2023........

a few minutes before 10 am i lost control over a few trades as there was clearly an issue with Ritmic, attached is a snapshot of Apex (Darrell R Martin's) FB post..... confirming such on Sept 13th, I just thought that it was really odd that when i asked kindly for confirmation on Rithmic's problem I was told to go call them myself, Apex I guess fixed accounts from exactly 10am till noon, so basically what im saying is just be careful when picking these companies, look at everything, this has happened in the past also, you don't want to be in 20 PA's or any number and have to be fighting other issues as trading is hard enough, they were unwilling to help me even though i clearly had a problem a few minutes before 10am. I was just having fun as a few of us decided to see who could pass just for fun, I was $50 away a few minutes before 10am , lol...

Just my most recent experience, that's all
Good luck !

Update - Mr Martin contacted me and asked me to resubmit a support ticket again and Apex would take care of it.......next morning I had all my accounts perfectly where I left them. I wanted to let everyone know that they fixed this for me. Im thankful and grateful this was resolved perfectly.

They taught me today how to copy trades from Trading View so I can now execute trades directly from TradingView's website and mobile app, and it copies the trade to all my Rithmic accounts through the Replikanto running on the VPS. And with the local network mode, it also copies to the other prop firm Rithmic accounts. Very neat and all without any remote credits

Really? That’s huge! Whats the delay like? Have you tried during period of high volatility?

So you can trade on TradingView anywhere, and theres a VPS thats somehow linked into TradingView, and see the order, and then copies it to all the other accounts?

I trade every day and have had this problem twice this year. The flatten function was pending for about 45 minutes - so it didn't help anything.
Once the account was flattened (even though I actually had a profit, but better than nothing) and the other time I received a stupid message telling me to check my internet connection. The loss caused by the server error has not been corrected. For a company with such a turnover, it's not a good picture. You then feel pretty powerless. Unfortunately, a screenshot didn't help at the time, too, where the lack of data had been visible.

Waiting, Discipline and Patience Pays!

Yes, exactly! I'm running Replikanto on my vps from ninjamobiletrader.com and using it as a copier to my other Tradovate and Rithmic prop accounts.

I always trade during the market open and market close, and the delay isn't too bad. For orders submitted from TradingView, it copies the order to my Apex Rithmic typically in ~45 milliseconds, most of the time exact same fill prices but occasionally off by 1 tick.

That's amazing! I'll look into that
