I believe Roonius @ TradingStudies has a lot of similar stuff already for free if you want to take a look at that. Not sure if the real place does a trial, but I always recommend trials and stay away from anything that doesn't have one.
Dont bother with them ntsst3, I bought alot of them for tradestation. Wish I knew before I bought them, I caould of got it free from the tradestation forum.
The squeeze you can get from Ninjatrader Forum
The "Holygrail" is the macdBB (I should know, I bought it)
and the rest you can get from Ninja's site

If you're still thinking of spending your hard earned money on PBF indicators.... look what you can do for free. Sharky's ECO bars, Roonius' squeeze, 30 SMA High/Low channel, 89 and 49 EMA colored and a 14 HMA colored thrown in for good measure.

Did you find this group of indicators particularly useful?
I suppose that there is something to be learned from every indicator set up.......but......I personally don't use this set up. I was just illustrating one of the Paint Bar Factory set ups to show that you didn't need to spend $ for the indicators.
Jeff, that paintbar combination of indicators is not looking bad. Applied a template posted by you in some other post. Can you please reveal the entry, exit, stoploss rules of paintbarfactory ?

I bought a few of their tools. I stopped using them and just started to learn how to read price action and trend. I can say with the indicators I had lost money.
Hi Jeff, I have checked the ninja forum under indicator and couldn't find any of the PBF indiactors can you please tell me where I can down load them for free. Thanks Mark
The template that I previously posted is my interpertation of the Paint Bar Factory indicators. (See post #7 on this thread) I am sure that if you asked Sebastian from the Paint Bar Factory what he thought of the template he would say it is no good and that his indicators are the best that exist on the planet.
You can find the squeeze indicator in the download area on page 10, third one down....it's called "RSqueeze"
The other indicators are listed in post #7 and can be inserted into your PBF template.
That website feels too much like a Billy Mayes infomercial. I don't know why people blindly buy indicators without either knowing how they work or being able to try them out.
Hi Jeff, I went to the template/ workspace erea yours was the 1st one I down loaded it to my desk top then went to ninja to import it over but ninja did rconize it can you help. I love your chart I have the Rsqueeze & I bought the TrendBars from PaintBar I would really like to down load what you have the paint bar & show me dots also don't know if you have it or not but the OSOB. Thanks Mark
Go to futures.io (formerly BMT) download area......select ninja trader.......workspaces/templates.......click on the PBF chart......select save......ninja trader 6.5.....templates......chart.......select save.
Jeff, Thank you very much.It wouldn't work B-4 cause I was trying to import it.I do have 1 problem though I opened a new chart went to load templates picked yours PaintBar_Factory and what comes on the chart is red & blue bars only no yellow ones, no show dots or moving averages, and on the squeeze all there is. Is the mid line dots thats it for the squeeze nothing else and no trendBars do you know what is wrong. Thanks you very much for all your help. Mark
I had a similar problem awhile back. Turns out my Workspace got corrupted (loading too many charts, changing too many indicators, adding, deleting, creating too many chart templates & re-loading over the course of a month or so).
Close your current workspace. Create a NEW WORKSPACE. Then create a fresh chart & try re-loading the chart template. That worked for me when all else failed. Hope it helps.
After all, it's what you learn AFTER you know it all, that counts!

Hi Jeff, is this the picture you want. I tried to do what the Wizard suggested I deleted your template & closed my current work space then opened a new one and down loaded your template again but got the same thing. Sorry it took so long to get back to you we had a 2 hour drive I work for a seminar company we put on 2 day work shops to teach people to trade in the stock market. I see you live in Northern Ca. So do I. I am going to send you a private message. Thanks again for all the help. Mark
hi mcadero,
it seems that you do not have all needed indicators in your Ninja !
in NinjaTrader it is NOT that you have the indicators saved in the template - i dont know if you know this yet.
you must go to jeffs picture with the indicator-list and then you have to search for the indicators and import them.
BTW - Jeffs pic with the indicator-list is a perfect way+ example to show what you need in a template to make it work ! thanks Jeff to for this.
Tip
We work hard on the part that every indicator that is posted here in threads also is available in our download-area so that you can search for the stuff in the list - load it + get it working.
At the moment there are still lots of indicators only present in threads+posts and not all stuff is in the download-area.
a problem is, that attachements in threads are not visible/findable for the search-fuction - this is fact at the moment.
so sorry about if you dont find everything you do a forum-search for -- as said we work on it to catch all flowing-arround indicators.
All guys who post some indicators or post a template with special indicators needed can help us enormously if you check in the downloadarea if these indicators are available there yet.
if not - please upload them in the Download-section + also give them some keywords. this would be a really big help to avoid endless searching for new users + a big help for us mods.
for shure you can also do an additional upload of the indicators in your postings - but not ONLY in the posting.
AND - if you upload indicators in your posting you can do the following :
please post the exact name of the indicator in your posting-text like this example : ColorSampleUniversalMovingAverage2 or this ZigZagUTC_TL_BarCount
- so there is a much better chance to refind this later with the searchfunction.
Hello Jeff,
I was on the way to buy PBF package and found by accident your post with the screenshot which looks very close to PBF. As a new user of NT I'm still looking around for missing indicators/setup to get the similar look. Could you advise where I can find the HMA Colors Paint v01 and which setup did you use to get the 3 EMA with dots well in line. Thanks for your reply
Here's the HMA Colors Paint.........if you have found a particuliar PBF chart on their website that you like.....let me know which one it is and we can try to replicate it.
Jeff

I used RSI setting from 12.3 to 14.5, depends upon time frame. This is sierra chart setup. I trade off of 5 min, but the shorter time fram I use a Al Brooks EMA 2 bar scalp method. This one is a new setup, and I have the Hull squeeze-not using BB-hulls set at 9,13,21-goal is to use buys bright green, and sells bright red-within trend of 5 min, and of OBOS extreme when red dots show and RSI points down past 70.
Stop at minor support, and 2.3 tick target. Breakeven, at -3, then pull the +3 to be a trailer. Looking for 2-8 ticks per scalp. I paid to have these made for Sierra Chart, so these are not PBF. Also the MACDBB is a nice TL break setup for a scalp-FWIW.
Take care,
Mark

Hi Jeff, I'm using Ninja 7 beta and when I try to put the colorsample... EMA's on the lower panels I don't get nice straight lines like the ones you show. Any chance you could post that template for Nin 7 or make a suggestion about how to get the lower 3 EMA panels? Thanks.
You can apply heiken ashi on any kind of range bars . Regardless of the bar type you start with heiken ashi will paint over the bar to reflect the condition of the last bar . Remember , heiken ashi reflects averages not the true price or its range overall .
timefreedom,
The only way I could get the dots straight in the bottom 3 EMA panels was to left click inside each panel on the value and drag down. I had to click and drag a few times. I use Ninja 6.5. It worked for me, I hope it works for you.

Many years ago I purchased a few of the Paint bar Factory indicators and used them on Tradestation. I no longer use Tradestation. Subsequent to my purchase I became more "experienced" and found that I could find almost any indicator I could possibly dream of for free.......or if I had an idea for an indicator I could hire a programmer to make the indicator for me.
For the template I posted I just looked at the PBF website and matched what I saw....that's all.

To trade off on the Squeeze indicator what are the entry and exits methods. I see on their site it mentions 377T 510T 987 T charts. Yesterday on 233 T 1 point scalp was able to get 5 winning trades in a row. Today hasnt been working well. Any suggestions on some rules to trade it better ?
In my opinion, the real Holy Grail is knowing the statistical edge of your setup and then using money management to keep your risk/losers small and your winners larger. If you don't know the probabilities of your trading setup, then there is no point in trading. Believe me, I've worked hard to find all sorts of beautiful and complicated looking indicators that have no quantifiable edge. In the end, these were nothing but time sucks, or at best, experiences in learning what not to do. Ultimately it is pure price action in conjunction with key support and resistance levels that will make you profitable if anything will. And the only way to get that knowledge is lots and lots of screen time and practice. Hope this helps...

I went looking for these in NT7 and didn't have much luck other than Roonius' squeeze. I'm sure they are in the 6.5 area but wanted to ask whether or not they might still be compatible with NT7.
Here is my take on the Paintbar Factory stuff in Ninja 7. The squeeze is in countertrend mode.......the moving average cross is a 49/89 EMA the "Itunnel" is a 10 SMA set to high/low and the signals (yellow dots) are generated by JeffsDots set to HMA 14.
This is not a set up that I use..........I just built the template for fun.

Jeff - Thank you so much! Sincerely appreciated! I actually purchased 2 copies of the PBF system for 3 grand this past summer while still a novice trader not knowing a thing and running across PBF's page I thought I had found the Holy Grail. Man was I a sucker considering If I had only found this forum first I could've used all that money to actually trade.
Anyhow, since I dished out so much money on the system, I actually have been using it to build my own system around it and now trying to develop an automated trading strategy (but I need this free set without restrictions to do that) as all the PBF indicators are locked up.
*** Would you happen to know of anything like the Overbought Oversold indicator that PBF sells? Thanks again for your response!
Thanks again!

I unfortunately paid for every indicator and 2 weeks later found them all on two other Forums. What irritated me more was when talking with them about purchasing I was assured of support. To my surprise I was always referred to the website and that I could find all the answers there. A huge waste.
There are thousands of websites that have little or nothing to offer. These sites are run by multi-level marketing professionals, who are selling anything from snake-oil to real estate on the moon.
Often you can identify them by their appearance. The main page can be scrolled down and the same or similar messages are repeated again and again. The main objective is to take as much money as possible, when you first purchase, because they know that you will never return.

I'm in the same boat as you, I pretty much bought all of them for Tradestation, HUGE waste of money, however I did get support from the owner. He was late most of the times mind you.
i thought i was on to something when i found paint bar factory. then i found big mike's. i have spent an embarrassing amount of time looking for a way to make a few pips daily. my only conclusion: different strokes for different folks, there is nothing out there that works for everyone.
just sell me a package of indicators with instructions or a book with some rules i can learn or an ea. make it simple, i'm no wizard!
you just have to seep it simple. you can get dazzled with all types of colors and indicators but in the end does it give you enough of an edge to be successful. get a few simple chart patterns down to look for and then everything else falls into place.
the iTunnel is overpriced. It can be coded in a few minutes. All you need to do:
-> select a smooth moving average
-> add n ticks for the upper channel
-> deduct n ticks for the lower channel
-> change the color of the channel when the slope changes from positive to negative or vice-versa
Alternatively, you can apply any moving average to the High series and then again to the Low series. The chart attached shows a Tillson T3, colored, with period 35 applied to Highs and Lows. It is not exactly identical to the iTunnel, but you can try with various moving averages and periods to find your personal tunnel.
The following 2 users say Thank You to Fat Tails for this post:
That looks really good! I don't have an option to add or deduct ticks. Is there a specific SMA indicator that I need to download here to allow me to do that?
Or.....you can take the moving average or your choice and choose on the input series high for one and low for the other and presto.....you've got yourself a channel.

most of these operations are out of or having to do with Salt Lake City, UT, in the US.
it appears that they are the best at doing not only those things you claimed, but also those annoying commercials on tv, selling everything from postage stamp stickers to pot holders to reverse snuggle blankets, etc...
I would like a quote from somebody to make a simple modification to the attached indicator.
It is Raghee's GRaB candles. It plots an EMA channel: upper on EMA(high), lower on EMA(low). It paints the bar red when last price is below the lower, …
