I am looking into Bloodhound and/or Markers from The Indicator store to see if I can resolve these issues faster?
The only issue is. If I develop a strategy/BOT on one of their platforms, can It be shared or does every user need to have their software too. A possible drawback because it would having users buying their stuff. FYI

Yes to run the strategies you would need the software.
But if you develop a methodology using the software ( back/forward testing etc) there is nothing to stop you sharing the rule set - it could still be traded manually by anyone interested.
but I have numerous requests for them.
