Hi all,

I've been a member for a few years here. Sadly this is my first post.


FRAUD ALERT

Hi guys. I want you to make everyone aware of this. Michael Valtos of orderflows.com stole $749 from me. He is a fraud. Hopefully this does not happen to anyone else thatís why I am letting everyone know.

As you know, a vendor has to register an indicator after purchase at least for Ninja Trader 8. I bought his footprint indicator on June 10th for NT8 for $749. Multiple emails to mike at orderflows.com went unanswered. In addition, on his website he has a contact form and a section to register your machine ID. I filled out the contact us form and also used the email on his website support at orderflows.zohodesk so Iíve used all three methods several times. No response. No machine ID registration. I haven't posted so I can't put in a real email address that's why I put "at" instead of @.

Now the software does not work. I am forced to file a fraud case as an unauthorized purchase. I went online and Googled Mike Valtos order flows review and immediately I start reading of people with similar experiences with this guy. As recent as last month. One guy online on Futures IO said he sent him 12 emails and no response. No indicator. And no refund.

This guy is a complete fraud. Please donít let this happen to you. If he gets your money, he will not respond. He will not register your software. Essentially he gets your money and leaves you high and dry. That is no way to run a business. Thatís nothing but straight fraud.

Please donít fall for this. Do NOT buy his software. Also, please tell everyone you know so they donít have to go through this ordeal. Please get the word out. The trading community is small enough that traders will eventually hear about this. It is not a way to run a business.

If anyone wants screenshots of the emails I sent I will be happy to post. I can also post my PayPal purchase screenshot or anything else including the little NT8 icon telling me my ďfree trialĒ of the indicator will expire on 7/01/2018.

PLEASE GET THE WORD OUT.

I got same problem months ago , i sent him 10+emails with no answer back but I resolved sending the below email to ninja support and the day after mr. Volt fixed the problem.

Good morning,
I bought one indicator from this www.orderflows.com/sftware/, the vendor declares to be NJ partener.
The problem is that the indicator worked for 10 days , now when I try to use the indicator a massage pop up informing me that the period is expired.
The vendor has not answered to my eMail , to my FB, Twiter and linked-in message, I bought the indicator and I can prove it , Do you can do something to help me?

I totally disagree about this post

Hello Folks,

This is my very first post(reply as well), ever since I became an elite member of futures.io.

I totally disagree with whatever written above about Mike and his website.

It makes me sad and hurtful to mention a genuine person and his website as a fraud.

I bought his software very recently. He set up my machine id and other stuff's within a two days time. This was over a weekend and still, he did everything quickly.

Although I wrote a couple of emails to contact him at first, he promptly replied to all my emails and kept me updated.

First, you have to understand one thing, he is a very busy person, and the support for the software is done by his programmer and team.

Also, Paypal payments are processed within a timeframe of 48 hours before it reaches seller account, so be a little bit patient before he sets up everything for you.

Mike was one of the very first people to design a robust order flow tool for retail traders, and I have seen way lot of people copied his ideas in their indicators, and sell them as their own.

Let me tell you something, the way he made flow trading easier could not be done by anyone else.

DOM-based flow trading software's are there but good luck buying those and using them to become a successful trader. I did try them, in the end, I became dizzy. I know people and vendors here will come and defend this point.

If you might have ever looked into his free videos and understood what he is talking about, then only you can put them into real practice.

I can keep on writing, but the crux is that he is one of the real mentors who teach you how trading works and sells you an indicator that really really works.!!!

As a vendor, he might get a lot of emails, so if you want to follow up with him write to him in good intervals, not every 15 minutes.

No offense but you sound like you're associated with the guy. There are a ton of posts on here that claim Mike Valtos stole money from them. Look it up. Aside from all that, I can post any screenshot requested. My PayPal receipt. My little Ninja box that said my "free trial" will end on X day. The little Ninja box that said my "free trial" has ended.

I'd be happy to also post all the emails I sent to Valtos. At the email he uses mike at orderflows and the one on his website to register machine IDs. I also filled out the contact us form. Several emails. I'd be happy to post any of them. Or what the indicator looks like (a blank canvas).

Basically I can back it up with as much evidence as you'd like to see. I posted this so nobody else falls for this trap. If I was the only one posting this stuff, I can understand being skeptical. There's an entire thread with tons of people talking about this happening to them also. Out of the money paid to Valtos. Out of the indicator. And no refund.

I'm trying to prevent this from happening to anyone else. Don't fall victim. The guy is a fraud. There are so many other footprints and they all do the same thing.

If you want a good footprint, look at Gomi or Rancho Dinero. I emailed them and got an insta response. Not 12 emails over weeks. One single email. And I think Gomi is in France and he gets back instantly no matter what time I've emailed with questions. Those guys are running a business. Mike Valtos is running a fraud.

I appreciate you giving us your good experience with him. At the same time you only have 1 post and it's defending him. You might be the needle in the hey stack that didn't get scammed by the guy.

Anyway, please let me know if you want any evidence. Any screenshots. Anything. I'd be happy to post. I think people get he's a fraud especially with so many people coming out claiming the same thing. Even in his videos he talks about people bashing him online because they lost money trading using his footprint. He's protecting his business. Or fraud. Or whatever you want to call it. He knows there are a ton of people making these claims. They're not making these claims because they got stopped out using his footprint. That's what he claims in his videos. These people paid good money and simply wanted what they paid for. They got scammed and that's why they're upset. Understandably. When they pay $800 and get the footprint for a month and absolutely no response to register it of course these people are going to take to the forums. The guy is a straight up fraud. He's busy making videos to bring in new customers. Like a ponzi scheme.

Please don't fall for that fraud. DO NOT BUY ORDERFLOWS VALTOS software.

One last thing. In his videos, he uses the words "that's hurtful" to describe people making these claims online. You also used the word hurtful to describe the same thing. That's not strong evidence but it almost sounds like fraud Mike Valtos himself wrote that 1st post. Maybe or maybe not. Either way I have a boat load of evidence to back my claim up. You name it and I'll post it. Pics. Anything.

It's simple, posters mentioned vendor doesn't respond to the emails after taking the money and informed community about it, nothing to do with patience, he doesn't respond at all during whole month.

Yup just warning people so they don't fall victim to fraud Mike Valtos. There are other vendors out there. It's a shame all he has to do is register a machine ID. He gets the money and wants nothing else to do with you. That's a scam.

Again, I've already mentioned this but I have all the evidence of Mike Valtos orderflows scamming. PayPal receipt. Pictures. Emails sent multiple times with no response.

Of course I put in a claim with PayPal and raised it to claim status. That was July 2nd. They said I'd get a refund by July 9th if they didn't hear back from the seller. Called PayPal yesterday and mysteriously the email to the seller never went out. The rep said we'll now send him an email to start the process.

So who knows if he has or found a loophole in PayPal also to assist in his scam.

I simply wanted to warn people so they don't fall victim.
