I won an opportunity here, to run the Gauntlet Mini thanks to FIO members. I asked E2T to change the Gauntlet Mini to a normal Gauntlet, which they did and I'm greatful for that!

After passing the Gauntlet the conversion to the second account was done efficiently and the profit payment was also done seamlessly.

After many years in the trading business I habitually ask a lot of questions and the support team was always responsive and helpful.

So overall I had a good experience with them.

Can you clarify more about the email sent out regarding CME's concurrent platform login fees? The email states they are going to start charging data fees 'per session' without stating what 'per session' actually entails. For example, does using another platform like NT or SC count as another session?

I keep getting error message it says Rithmic server no response?
Rithmic connection details rejected? Please help

As far as I know, you need to update Rithmic Trader Pro to version 16.3.0, because of some new regulations regarding the CME / Rithmic relationship concerning professional and non-professional user.

I'm a Helios funded trader and lost my data today after logging out and back in this afternoon. Nothing was communicated to me as a funded trader by support. I received an email regarding E2Trade gauntlet and the "per session" but wasn't aware that it applied to funded traders (and the email didn't explain what a "session" is). I'm locked out of my data right now because of this - paid $210 in data fees this month and I'm dead in the water right now.

Anyone here using the Helios "Leader/Follower" in order to trade with Ninja in your funded account? I want to make the switch from RTrader but concerned about fills and how to monitor the P/L during the session.

Hello!

First off, I'd like to apologize for your experience so far with Helios. As you know, with COVID going on, things are a bit slower than normal with everyone working at home and the FCM's have had a serious influx of new accounts both from us and directly. I've reviewed your situation with Helios support team and it appears that when you initially filled out your form with Helios on the 13th, you selected no market data. After Helios compliance and legal reviewed everything, Helios sent you the LLC paperwork to join on the 16th. You then received account credentials the following Tuesday, less than 3 business days after sending Helios the completed paperwork. Afterwards, you decided that you'd like market data enabled and Helios sent you the invoice yesterday, which you paid and they are waiting for the FCM to enable it, which should be done sometime this morning. In my opinion, that's a pretty quick turn around to get a live account approved, funded, and set up with trading credentials with the current pandemic and market conditions.

Helios does not have a phone number for support purposes. If you have an issue with a live order, you can always call the broker directly, which was included on your credential email.

it's better to clearify everything what's next after passing how much do you need to oay for expenses e.g data feed and software
