I would like to hear if anyone else has had bad experiences with Michael Valtos Orderflow software not working and being unable to contact him at all.

I downloaded his Delta Surge indicator and it did not work. I tried contacting him 4 times by email but he never replied. I know he might be busy but cmon ...he did not have time to reply even one of my 4 emails I sent him???

I just download that indicator and it works but it froze my chart twice so I don't think you want to use it in live trading. you need to wait for real time bid/ask to create the signal.

Try writing him an e-mail (from another address) as if you are a prospective customer, eager to buy. See if he responds more quickly that way.

With many vendors, the new prospective customers get quick answers, while the current customers have to wait.

At least then you'll know if he is answering anyone's e-mails...

I got the software back in October. It worked well for a while then it stopped working a little over a month ago. he hasn't responded to any of my attempts to contact him through various means, yet he still is putting out youtube videos and doing "mini seminars" selling his software.

At this point I'd like a refund but I'd also accept a software fix but in the meantime I want to warn everyone to avoid purchasing his software

maybe I'll try that. Right now I just want my money back and I also want to warn everyone I possibly can to avoid this guy at all costs

you can follow the same signals using GOM delta volume
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Pattern 1 For Sells:
Bar A - Positive Delta, can be any number as long as it is 0 or positive.
Bar B - Negative Delta, can be any number as long as it is 0 or negative.
Bar C - Negative Delta, volume of negative delta should be 50% more negative than the negative delta number in Bar B.
Bar D - Negative Delta, volume of negative delta should be 25% more negative than the negative delta number in Bar C.

Pattern 2 For Buys:
Bar A - Negative Delta can be any number as long as it is 0 or negative.
Bar B - Positive Delta, can be any number as long as it is 0 or positive.
Bar C - Positive Delta, volume of positive delta should be 50% more than the negative delta number in Bar B.
Bar D - Positive Delta, volume of positive delta should be 25% more than the negative delta number in Bar C.

Hello Rick, have you upgraded to Ninja8, hopefully it will fix it issues. Let us know. Obviously, Michael has no clue about customer support and makes us wonder if he is another shady salesman. I like the idea of Orderflow analysis to get an edge for trading but it makes you wonder about this guy?
