Mike Valtros should be banned and arrested!

He never returns emails and all of the above is very true. A real piece of S**T!
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HIM....
THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
IF IT DOESN"T WORK FROM THE START...IT NEVER WILL WITH THIS GUY...

he has money back policy... which means, u need to contact him via paypal throught a transfer u ve made... there he ll respond, give him 48h, if not report second time via same report... that goes to paypal support and they ll deal with it!
Just be sure to chose as a report, that package wasnt delivered or it isnt what it should be, that also include money back policy!

He NEVER contacts you via email for ANY Questions to his products. I have tried to purchase (before I read his terrible reviews about follow up) and he is Brain Dead for replying.
Why go through the frustration before you purchase? I can see by the prior posts it takes too long to get your money back. Best advice - Stay Away and Find Another Vendor....

I am just saying to you my personal experience... that I got actually refund, when I ve contacted him via paypal, then not sure but I think that I ve also made a second report and paypal dealt with him and I got money back...

u ll not be able to contact him via email... go via paypal itself, first report goes to him, hes responsible to answer, if not do second report, paypal will contact him and there hes forced to respond or paypal will return money back, while he has money back policy guaranteed...

I purchased his Order Flow Course. No problem there. I then downloaded his Delta Surge Software (free) but it never worked. I emailed a few times no reply. I then sent another email for a pre sale question on his full blown Order Flow Software which I was ready to buy. No reply after 4 emails.
That's pretty pathetic for customer service. Fortunately, I didn't get screwed like a few people in the other posts.
I want others to be aware of Vendors who don't deliver what they appear to be selling...
I must also add, I'm not a newbee. I've purchased from the following companies and I can honestly say all have delivered stellar customer service over the years:
DayTradetoWin
NaviTrader
RanchoDinero
Ninjacators
TradetheEminis
Shark Indicators
PriceActionTrader to name a few...

Judging by the other people's posts it sounds like you dodged a bullet there. I hope the order flow course you bought was useful at least.
I hate poor customer service too. It can make things such unnecessarily hard work.

Well said...and yes the other courses/products have been very useful.
But always on the lookout for innovative (and honorable) ideas.
