Most of what you find may be very enticing and appear to be exactly what you need. The sharks are the best at this.

For anyone you are considering paying to learn - Are they willing to show their actual performance? Do they show their own or an actual live account on screen including profit and loss? If someone is not willing to show actual performance, think twice. It is not a show stopper but tread cautiously.

Best trading room for beginner imho is "screen time" and pay attention on price action.

If you need to generate the income, it will make it very difficult to trade well. Trading is a risk seeking activity. Even if you trade as a professional, it is not like a job where you can make a set income. You might look at rental income instead.
