Best paper trading setup (mobile)

Hi everyone! New to the forums but have been trading for 3+ years. Wanted to hear opinions on a mobile solution that can paper trade with live data. Im okay to pay for data, since live data is hard to come by. Im aware of Ninjatrader Desktop, but its a bit difficult since I cant install the application at work. Please advise, or if I wasnt clear let me know how to make it clearer. Thanks!!
