Someone brought this to my attention and I wanted to share, because it sure as hell seems fishy to me -- in my opinion, sites like this just prey on the novices of the industry.
1) Who the hell is "Gary" ? I used the image on their page and did a reverse image search with google. No matches.
2) How is this legal and compliant with CFTC?
3) Are you freaking kidding me? Again, how is this legal and CFTC compliant?
I don't have time to keep investigating right this moment. Hopefully you guys can dig around and come up with some more, but at first glance it seems like this is not legit in my opinion.
Expensive indicators (price is actually per month) although it is apparent from the disclaimer that no live trade ever took place (see screenshot below)
Why would an indicator be ever "sold out"? Do they manufacture them by hand?
I always reiterate my bottom-line point about indicators for sale: they must be at least as good as the price paid. But if they were, why sell them in the first place?
I'm in the process of filling a claim. It's my first time doing one of these so I'm not familiar with some of the terminology / requirements.
In regards to address, anybody have any luck finding something to put in this slot? I haven't gotten anything for either SizeTrade, SizeTrade.Com, SizeTrade Profits, or BTRX Marketing LLC.
One question to FIO and those who have filed a claim before.
My philosophy is "If there's enough doubt, file a claim and the experts will due their due diligence."
Is this fair?
