I am interested in knowing user experiences of the forum called BigMike Trading. I believe the owner of this site lives in some exotic island and teasing everyone of the potential of trading and similar lifestyle. He apparently changed the site name recently. I wonder why?
My experience of the site was fairly negative. Firstly, the site was highly addictive. I kept checking all the posts every 5 mins. It had lots of intelligent people who make you feel like trading needs hard work, discipline and commitment. They won't give you the secret code or timing to buy and sell. They are very harsh on almost all vendors out there. (I have used many of those vendors systems and it seems unfair. All the charts and indicators in the websites look really pretty. Though I lost money on all of them, I am pretty sure that it was because of market manipulation or my astrological sign and not due to vendor's fault).
The members also seem to talk about other useless stuff like psychology, discipline, execution and unnecessary funny stuff like recent movies, songs and cute pictures of beaches, cats and dogs. Trading is all about indicators, trend lines and money, right?
Anyone else with other experiences?

Never heard of it. Based on your post, it sounds terrible.
Hey, do you know of a method that can give me just $50 a day on Crude? Just something simple. I just opened an account with $1000 at a broker who gives me $400 margins, so I figure I can be trading 20 contacts soon when I find a good profitable trading room. I'll post my spreadsheet later that shows all the gains.
Also, which indicator do you recommend to filter out bad signals from my other indicators?

Need help? 1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first. 2) Start a journal and post to it daily with the trades you made to show your strengths and weaknesses. 3) Set goals for yourself to reach daily. Make them about how you trade, not how much money you make. 4) Accept responsibility for your actions. Stop looking elsewhere to explain away poor performance. 5) Where to start as a trader? Watch this webinar and read this thread for hundreds of questions and answers. 6) Help using the forum? Watch this video to learn general tips on using the site.

I spent time in that horror show. All this talk of discipline and hard work.
You know I think there is an EA or automatic strategy that can fix your problem. its called AwesomeMegaTrendSuperBucksATM . It has a 98% win rate. How can you lose? I just put in my life savings of $5000 and am going to use it to trade 10 ES, 10 6E, 10 CL, and 10 GC. I don't have to worry about drawdown or leverage because with a 98% winrate I will never lose. I am so excited by the end of the month I can buy the Ferrari I always wanted.

4 tick mean Renko chart with the latest scalper strategy and of course 3 moving averages. Works great if Goldman doesn't run your stops
Problem with that Futures.io is that it's so damn inexpensive and they give everything away for free. That Big Mike guy never spams your email account With useless shit either. Kind of makes me a little weary.

I believe it is a scam run out of some third world country. They suck you in by letting you sign up for free, and then if you pay the ridiculously expensive membership fee, all you get is access to a great community of traders, exposure to every trading idea under the sun, and free downloads of thousands of indicators and tools. And they don't even guarantee you profitability. What a joke.

It's even worse than that, I'm afraid: they also routinely remove all the desperate spam, promotional nonsense and irrelevant crap that you get anywhere else, and they seem actually to imagine - for reasons best known to themselves - that being helpful and keeping the forum well indexed and arranged isn't going to irritate anyone.

I'd pay double if it was called ULTIMATEMegaTrendSuperBucksATM. Ultimate has to be better right?
I've had 'Awesome' indicators before and they didn't work so I just need something newer and better.
