Downloaded it and used username/password they provided but won't accept when I try to sign in. The error I get is "Cannot connect to Server".

I've tried to e-mail them to see if something on their end but no response as of yet. Any else have this issue?

I have V.40.

Reset password with no luck. Even lowered security settings as I thought a firewall may be blocking it. Same issue. I'm hoping they will respond quickly, but nothing since I sent the email early last week.

Is there a way you can zip the file and send to me? I've no response, uninstalled/reinstalled, tried on different computer and all. Running out of ideas..

Curious to know if an older version would suffice.

I believe this zip contains the setup file. I think it will do a fresh install of the version I have.

If it doesn't work, I have no other clue.

It is not possible as they don't offer them. You can get them through TT or Rithmic if your broker offers these feeds.

Just want to put a placeholder here, about the site saying "Currently we store 2 years of market replay data on our servers. " which would mislead people into thinking they've only got <currentdate> ----> 2 years back which is not the case: they appear to have most popular instruments starting from Jan-2014.
