MarketReplayData.COM Has anyone used them??

How can I test my NT8 strategy using their data?
The their program saves the data in the folder "Replay" like file .nrd
But Strategy Analyzer of NT8 does not see this data and refers to the folder "Tick" where there are .ncd files

I wrote them a lot of messages - they didn't answer any of them

BEWARE

I signed up to the service earlier today and at the end of the process, i should have supposedly got the login info but didn’t. The login info is not in any of the numerous emails they sent.
I downloaded the app and saw it had a forgot password link which when clicked asks for the email but doesn’t send or display anything.

I’ve emailed them but not heard anything as yet. Only got a general Zendesk email with the case number back. Bit disappointed.

I might have to raise a case with Paypal.

Beware??? Really?? nothing to worry about there. They are good as gold. Been using them for about 3 years now, never a problem. Maybe slow to respond, but that's because I'm in a different time zone.

It’s been a week and I haven’t been able to access any data or had any reply. Is that slow in your book?

UPDATE 18/12/2019 : I raised another ticket on Monday evening (16 Dec). Finally got back a reply back later that evening with the login details after a week. I can now access my account. Woo-hoo!

I would. I have sent them THREE emails since Dec 15th inquiring how to download level II data as I do not see the option and STILL have not received a reply. Their customer service is pathetic.

Thank you. I should have done that myself but their FAQ sections contradicts what they've put in this section. Maybe you can answer these questions for me, why no data for this entire week (6-10)? And what is up with them uploading data for Saturday dates?

I'm sorry I don't have the answers to those questions. Maybe the festive season, I don't know. They're not perfect by any means. I don't back test, I only use it for a couple of hours a day to hone in my skills. For the convenience of downloading multiple instruments and multiple days or months at a time they are well worth the 50 bucks I spend a year. Maybe use Ninjatrader 8 historical for the last 5 days to download the NQ`s?

Others may have more sophisticated needs than me, but more sophistication comes with more money.
