Just to claify: Market Delta Chart and Market Delta trader are two separate things.
I agree that the charting service is pretty expensive. I tried for awhile and switched to NT with jigsaw. I was a lot more comfortable spending $400 up front as opposed to $150-200 a month. Also, I'm not a Market Profile guy, and I use Vol Prof with general consideration.
I use the NT/Jigsaw for charting/info and Market Delta Trader for actual order entry. I noticed NT freezes up in fast markets and I didn't want to deal with that when it comes to position management. MD has never froze up, no matter how fast of a market.
With my brokerage, MD trader is .10 cents a side, so technically it's not free. I think NT is the same.
If you want Footprint and trade 150-200 RT a month, I think it provides value.
from the DOM you can overlay time and sale ticks or bars, any indicator, market profile the list goes on and on, and the DOM itself shows cumulative volumes all this for low bucks, include the CME live feed again for low bucks, and your off to the races, like most I,ve tried many platforms, all had bugs with fast realtime markets, not SC a great piece of programming.
