This is a guy who screams he would never be involved in forums but he fails to mention that the reason he despises them all so much is because he gets booted from all of them.

It is not just trading forums or Youtube, this guy spews his hate on dating sites and even Amazon if you can recall that!

Amazon.com: David Kuvelas "David Kuvelas"'s review of Asthmanefrin Starter Kit

I am sure he will continue in one capacity or another as his whole existence is his life on the internet spreading hate and conspiracies. He has said in previous videos he has no FRIENDS. Pretty sad really.

Still, he should not be allowed to spread hate and bully as he does so great job everyone!

He should be allowed to say anything he wants -- it is called free speech. If you take away his right to free speech, then someone can take yours away. After all, "I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it." As long as he does not threaten specifically, he is within US laws and his right to free speech, as offensive and crazy as he obviously is. But he must now do it on his own podium and soapbox, not on the largest video site on the internet, as they have a right to refuse any content they wish. Good job everyone for complaining and getting youtube to act.

He is a very sad individual, no doubt lonely, obviously angry, and in serious need of medication. Either that, or he's a fantastic actor. Either way, I would not care if I never heard about him or from him again; "what goes around comes around," "you reap what you sow," and so on--he's sowing quite a few negative things which will no doubt yield similar negativity in his life at some point.

Free speech?

Your cartoon well illustrates that free speech does not equate to smart speech. I would never argue that free speech has no consequences--all speech has consequences; but that is not the point. In a free society, generally speaking, we prefer the ability to use discretion in our speech, and face potentially negative consequences, or risk offending others, than to eliminate those consequences by allowing an entity to place limits on what we can say. While I would say that speech classified as "hate speech" where David calls for the death of a group of people may in fact go beyond the bounds of what most societies recognize as free speech, as long as the speech does not cause harm to another person (which the majority of speech does not, but rather may simply anger those whose own beliefs are threatened by it), then the person has a right to that speech, regardless of how much others may disagree with it. Freedom is a beautiful thing, and should IMO be protected as one would protect life itself.

And so, this thread ends with a beautiful thought. Lemonade out of lemons my friends. Thanks David.

I agree with what you have written. I believe that free speech and education are the foundation of both liberty and democracy.

I also believe in privacy, I am afraid that confidential information is abused by allmighty agencies, who have gone out of control. Of course, this is a different subject and does not belong into this thread, but I could not resist the temptation to add it here ...
