The community is one of the friendliest you will find on any subject, with members going out of their way to help others. Some of the primary differences between futures io and other trading sites revolve around the standards of our community. Those standards include a code of conduct for our members, as well as extremely high standards that govern which partners we do business with, and which products or services we recommend to our members.

At futures io, our focus is on quality education. No hype, gimmicks, or secret sauce. The truth is: trading is hard. To succeed, you need to surround yourself with the right support system, educational content, and trading mentors Ė all of which you can find on futures io, utilizing our social trading environment.

With futures io, you can find honest trading reviews on brokers, trading rooms, indicator packages, trading strategies, and much more. Our trading review process is highly moderated to ensure that only genuine users are allowed, so you donít need to worry about fake reviews.

We are fundamentally different than most other trading sites:
  • We are here to help. Just let us know what you need.
  • We work extremely hard to keep things positive in our community.
  • We do not tolerate rude behavior, trolling, or vendors advertising in posts.
  • We firmly believe in and encourage sharing. The holy grail is within you, we can help you find it.
  • We expect our members to participate and become a part of the community. Help yourself by helping others.

You'll need to register in order to view the content of the threads and start contributing to our community.  It's free and simple.

BTW, if you like market profile / volume profile, FuturesTrader71 will be doing a series of presentations on futures.io (formerly BMT) and his first one is next Saturday, Feb 4.

Mike

Due to time constraints, please do not PM me if your question can be resolved or answered on the forum.

Need help?
1) Stop changing things. No new indicators, charts, or methods. Be consistent with what is in front of you first.
2) Start a journal and post to it daily with the trades you made to show your strengths and weaknesses.
3) Set goals for yourself to reach daily. Make them about how you trade, not how much money you make.
4) Accept responsibility for your actions. Stop looking elsewhere to explain away poor performance.
5) Where to start as a trader? Watch this webinar and read this thread for hundreds of questions and answers.
6)

About Ludwig's levels i agree with what has been said. I tested them on four markets last year for two months and if i compare with all the other vendors like JSServices, ToTheTick, PivotFarm and apaZones (see this thread) they are cheaper and as accurate if not better because they are updated as a new auction area is being discovered by market makers. Here are some pictures i took during the holidays with her permission.

P.S. i do not use them anymore not because they don't work but because i realized they are not necessary to make money. You can quite easily become addicted to such tool and even lose your ability to find significant levels by your own.

Hi Trendisyourfriend,

Do you otherwise use MP for your trading, or do you use an alternative approach altogether?

Regards,

Gordon

Hi Trendisyourfriend,

Do you otherwise use MP for your trading, ...?

Regards,

Gordon

Not as much as i used to do. I still draw a custom profile once in a week just to confirm what i see on a chart makes sense or to find exact placement of a high volume node. Apart from that, i like to use concepts that focus on supply/demand as can be found in Sam Seiden's and Lance Begg's articles and Wide Range Bars analysis from the StrategyLab.

Do you know if Ludwig's still doing this and where I can find more info?

Levels

I tested Pamela's levels on 6E, indicator was just great. I had one month test run. I could not use it, since at the time she did not offer FX support. Pamela is easy to work with and support was great. Her email and URL are below.

this thread is a little stale

it looks like they are now trying to sell the Hover dam. 3000 to 5000 degrees. special indicators. market profile is not a easy quick study that can be over come by any special software or course. this vendor has been a traveling salesman most of the time learning the tricks of the trade as he moved on. i have never seen a vendor that could trade that is why they are vendors. pinquin birds ...birds that can not fly. this vendors as more than one red flag.
