So this guy just registered on futures.io (formerly BMT), his email address is intellitraders.com, and then he makes 5 junk posts on the forum in order to make a post which contains a link to his website. He has been banned and the posts deleted, but I wanted to share.
His post starts out:
.
.
.
So from this we can determine he is 1) a liar, and 2) probably a scam artist. This is determined based on the fact he registered on futures.io (formerly BMT) and in his profile he associated his account with the vendor directly, then makes a post where he pretends he is just a customer that has found this great system and wants to tell all his friends about it.
All the evidence you need to steer clear of this. RUN!!!
This is a letter and an apology to the Big Mike’s Trading Forum community.
I am an administrator on IntelliTraders.com, the site that was promoted in the spam discussed in this post.
A few months back, I saw this page and was absolutely appalled. I quickly contacted Mike and apologized and asked if I could also post an apology to you, the futures.io (formerly BMT) community. He was awesome and said I could - so long as I wasn’t a jerk and made sure not to promote IntelliTraders. I really appreciated this.
Unfortunately, shortly after this conversation a lot of personal stuff came up in my life and I had to put off a lot of the things I wanted to do. One of those things was posting an apology. Finally though, after way too long, I now have a chance to tell you guys how sorry we are for one of our representatives trying to use the forum in a distasteful way.
First, let me say that the culprit behind those spammy posts is no longer with the company. He was trying to do right by us, but in so doing insulted the very people we hope to attract. For this we’re very sorry. We want to be a friend to true traders, not a nuisance.
I really hope that you can forgive this indiscretion on our part. We’re extra vigilant now to make sure that nobody on our staff is engaging in this spammy behavior, and we definitely regret that this community was exposed to it at all.
Happy trading and good luck out there,
Benq
