Here are The Stealth line ( the big moving average ) with the High Energy time.
The "stealth line" represent the 8 range trend on a 4 range chart.
It won't give you the trading patterns of the 8 range
so having 2 charts is still better! context of larger pattern is king!

simple question, since we have so many detractors to their stuff,
is anyone making money using their method, or their AT's? (that is willing to share their comments with us on these threads)
it would be appreciated.
my take on the matter is 2 things
1) the amount of participation that their services encourage from the retail public makes the contracts more liquid, so more activity please
2) the reality of an AT is elusive, and those with working ones rarely ever let on, and the elusion remains a fleeting desire that after one wipe out removes most gains from multiple days previous
3) yeah, I said just 2 things, but really the list goes on
4) a good set of charts, templates and approach methods beats a full house flush with AT's everytime
Just recently got an email from them (though I have repeatedly unsubscribed) and noticed they are using the futures.io (formerly BMT) Murrey Math Lines in their product. Exactly the same!
They like to call it the Breakout Math.
I don't believe Murray Math Lines are unique to futures.io (formerly BMT), but those guys are great for talking common indicators, renaming them and calling them proprietary.
Yeah they don't seem unique.
However this version is exactly the same as the one posted by Big Mike. In 2009/2010 there was a lot of development of this indicator here.

Viperspeedtraders has been reinvented as smartsignaltrading. Most of the new website has been lifted from the old site.
I just happened to stumble on the new site and couldn't shake that it sounded all so familiar. Sure enough, it's the same. Many of the same old indicators with a few new ones thrown in.
I've read some really good things and some really bad things about the operators. True or not? Do your own diligence.
Ok so they were so successful and had built such a loyal following that they moved and changed their identity without telling anyone... most legitimate, successful companies do that... right... right...
Indicators are like strippers... they all look good at first....everyone throws money at the newest ones .... the big money guys have all the good ones ... most of them don't work.....
I'm just a simple man trading a simple plan.

@TimC
After going to the website, my impression is that "Viperspeedtraders" is not the same as "Viper Trading Systems" that we are discussing in this thread.
The charts are completely different, they seem to charge a $1000 plus initial fee plus monthly lease, and their entries are very different.
I am not endorsing Viper Trading Systems in this post, but to say Viper has changed names is not accurate. The old Viper websites are active.
I have only been back at trading, really watching, and simming for a couple of months but the markets seem to be getting more summertime chop. So is Viper getting chopped up now or are they switching to markets that still have range and volatility? I actually signed up for their trial just curious if I am going to be wasting my time or not?
I would love to have a small group of current members of Viper Trading Systems that trade the Viper discretionary method. The goal would be to exchange ideas, and possibly even trade together as a constructive small group along with the live room. Unfortunately, in the current live room it's impossible to exchange ideas with other members due to their GoToMeeting set up.
Please, send me a private message if you are a current member and would be interested.

I'm not playing with their AT, so I will wait on someone else to answer your questions.
They have a new set of AT tools that seems quite advanced. It's new, so it's quite hard to discuss their effectiveness at this point.
While trying to learn Viper methods, I would love to have Ninja 7 indicators and templates. All I have found on this thread are for 6.5.
I am interested because I have an associate who is using their method currently and is very happy with it. (Method - not Auto trader) I would like to get my head around this method prior to discussions with him.
I was wondering if there is a indicator that is similar to the money band? It seems to give the trend and the top/bottom range (especially the green and pink zone). Thanks
TBH i think their indicators are a waste of money. I was in their webinar room a few times this week. Yeah their charts are 'colorful' and fancy but I could barely see price at all. I could not make any price action out as there was a MASSIVE RAINBOW on all charts.
If you looked carefully enough here, Im sure you could somewhat recreate something similar. Be careful not to redevelop a patented idea. It has been done here before.

Look carefully at the chart you posted - does it actually give you any extra information on the right hand edge? NO
The bands simply move with price at both reversals and continuations. All bands look great/pretty/colourful/etc on a full page chart, and in my (long, painful) experience are useless where it really counts.
Treat with a pinch/bucket of salt is my 2c.

I achieve something similar by using 3 instances of the StepMA indicator (40 period, 0 percentage / 40 period, 100 percentage / 40 period, -100 percentage - because I've been too lazy to code it all into one indicator). Then you need an entry indicator or just spot the entry visually. Longs above the mid StepMA, short below.
After all, it's what you learn AFTER you know it all, that counts!

Hi Coders, will it be possible to get the price action indicator to paint an arrow in place of the letter C? or it should paint both the letter C and an arrow.
Hi Guys, is there anyone that knows what indicators are used in the Viper Trading System? I am sure that there is nothing new under the sun.. so if anyone has information to share that would be really appreciated.
I saw that someone asked the question in the past, but they have update their indicators.
Hi @garciaal,
Wow! That was 5 years ago. Not sure I even have that setup anymore. Been going through an uncomfortable abandonment this past year. Things are in turmoil. Haven't been on the forum in awhile & haven't traded in 2 years. I don't know if I have the time to address this right now. Sorry. David

Is anyone successfully using the Viper Trading Systems indicators and/or Object Trader? If so, what tools or strategies are you using?
Browsing through the videos, using the Object Trader to box the midband area for pullback trades looks interesting, but it seems like you could roughly do this manually using a Donchian channel (I've been trying with period 55). And I like the 'lightning'. I've been ZigZag (2 points, high/low) to similarly show pivots. Anyone have any better facsimiles?
