ES is down again on European news. The first area for support is 1134 and major support at 1100. We have resistance at 1156 and 1168 area is gap close. I think we will retest resistance area and then continue down to retest 1100. So if we hold 1134 I will take longs up to 1156. If we retest 1156 or close the gap I will look for opportunities to get short.

I had a ok day, I was right on gap close but quit trading a little early. The ES was stretched too far without a retracement and R/R to the down side was weak.

2 small losers and 2 winners +8.75

The ES moved up in the overnight session. I will look for a gap close at 1165 and then a possible retest of 1185 before we make another leg down to retest 1100. But if the the micro bias at 1172 holds we could move up to 1185 before we fill the overnight gap.

I waited all day for one single trade, I missed the morning waiting for a short down to 1172 or gap close. Then 1182 held and it took off without a single pull back.

1 trade 3.25 winner

The ES broke its bias holding this leg up. With bias braking in an up move I'll be looking for a correction of at least 1/3 to 2/3 of the last leg up. Support area's are 1181 (but it's shallow), 1178 is a 1/3 and 1170 is 1/2. I will look for continuations down covering at these areas waiting to see if the ES bases.

Yesterday was not my finest day 75% of my trades where fades. The one winner was cut short because of a doctor appointment. When a market fails to break an area it will then reverse and move to the last high or low in range. After this failure any trades counter to the reverse direction usually are losers. Here is a great example of this.

7 trades 4 losers 2 winners and 1 scratch -3.50

Yesterday's prep I did not have a gap fill scenario and the ES of course filled the gap and the continued down. Today we are moving to the 1166 (50% of last leg up) and a great area for a retest failure. If 1166 holds then I would look for the ES to retest 1180 area and possibly close the gap by retesting 1188. If we push through 1166 then next support is 1157 gap close of Wednesday.

Friday I had to cut out early so I did not have time to post my trades, I'll post them later this afternoon. Today the ES is gap down again. I'm looking for the ES to retest at least 1137 (micro bias) before retesting 1125 and pushing down to 1105 low. We also have held at 1125 so there is a possibility of filling the gap and retest 1153 before we roll over.
