Typical B setup
30 min HH/HL
30 min macd cross heading up HH/HL
5min green engulf buy candle...no diverg needed, but nice
if previous touch of sd-1 on 5min had a buy candle i would have entered
..............50% off at risk(about 12 pips)
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,25% off at sd-1 /pivot(30 min macd bullish momentum)
................25% runner
sl below lows of sd-1, about 12 pips
NOTE....if macd was above zero, this would be an A setup.Runner would target SD2, possible adds on subsequent pullbacks

Aug 3
Its time to start journaling again.Ive been back for 3 weeks now trading.I awake at 3 am, and try to trade till 11.Pretty rough hours.I have my computer off to the side on kitchen counter(yep, cant believe the wife went for this!)in our new kitchen.I need to be able to get my family ready in the morning, and i cant keep running down to my office. So, initially i had a plan, and quickly realized i was kinda back where i left off months ago.I have a few setups, which i will write down here.
What i need to do is get out of learning mode, and get into doing mode. This means, take every entry, hold till completion(i scale in 3rds),and try to use the 30 min much more. The 3min i think has its use, but, i can get cuaught up in it too much.I switched to Forex so i could trade live and cheap.Simming on the cl for way to long, and never getting anywhere with my method took its toll .
Today was a good day....4 full stops....what?I executed my plan without hesitation.I missed zero trades as per my pla.I let them play out.I believe that i learn the most from being in the trade live, and focussing on the context,to further tweak my requirements for an executable trade.Obviously i have more work to do(it really figures!)
Trading has affected me for so long, and not in a good way.It has always been in my thoughts, affecting my interraction with my family, and everyone else.My goal is to end this.Execute as per the plan, move onto the next trade.Observe specific context, so i can hopefully dial in my trading plan with the best trades i know .Here are some pics today
