You hit 19 ticks often I assume?
How long does that usually take?

it's certainly been profitable since i started doing that. I can't say how long...sometimes it's seconds and other times it's 15 minutes.

Got up late after a long night at the Hospital.
Entered a short according to my rules, took a quick +3 pips , moved the stop and was stopped out for another +.4 pips .
Total: +3.4 pips
This stop move deal is part of my trading plan and it worked beautifully for me this time as price went up a little then sideways (at least until 12:30 when my NinjaTrader took the rest of the day off).
It doesn't matter though, because at that time, the boss called.
It appears he needs my special talents earlier today.
I was reconsidering my plan when this happened and it appears I should stick with what works.
Here's the chart. It was a very quick trade so It's kind of hard to see. In and out in less than 3 minutes.
