I make my estimates in a spreadsheet each morning before opening.
Then I use ZonesFromExcel to enter these which show up as bands (the green zones and red lines).

How you use the zones would depend upon your trading strategy and I have a list of rules. As an example:
If it starts in the middle zone or below and the low zone is too close for a short trade then:
you would enter the trade long when it is in the low zone (aggressive)
or
you would enter the trade long after has bottomed there and starts to rise. (more conservative).
The thing is the estimates are only estimates and some days they are less likely to be accurate than other days.

Hi I made a mistake on the name
it is called Zones_plus_txt.zip
