pardon me - not sure of your question
If the RH is 1200 then is it a signal to short or go long ?
I see that 1200 breaks above the ledge formed 1130 - 1155 EST

let me put it this way - you start looking for a rh when we make consecutive inside bars
that shud start the process of a ledge
(then theres the traders tick entry if u want to do that but its agressive trading)
a breakout of the ledge is what u are looking for if we had been going up on consecutive bars
now, as time goes by we should be making additional rh's and we should continue up as long as we dont make consecutive bars and the ledge breaks down from those
what ur basically doing is trading breakouts

its a pretty good system and its very simple once u get the hang of it
he uses the stochastic quite a bit too (stoch is just a fancy name for a moving average )
so, i wud suggest u find a certain stoch settings ur comfortable with and see if the momo is going in ur direction for the trade
gl with that
