I think it is fairly clear that TRO is an FX Trader. That does not include Currency Futures. Using Meta Trader I am assuming that he has not done a lot of work with any Futures Instrument. Only way to find out is duplicate his method which I am attempting to do in NT. And then let the search for the Truth begin.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on futures io?
1) 20 pip from the HIGH/LOW of the day. I ran a frequency distribution of the daily wick sizes.
2) You have to run the statistics on the instrument you are trading to find the "sweet spot"
3) Size? Do you mean chart period? I usually use the hourly and daily for my statistics. I do not use this on stocks. I use my BUY ZONE, MILK THE COWS, and FADE THE GAP on stocks.
I do NOT trade futures.
Feel free to ask more questions. However, it is always best to search the net BEFORE asking. More times than not, you can usually find the answer.
tro, per ur pm - i was not being disrepectful - you must of not ever read the book Mean Markets and Lizard Brains by Terry BurnHam - in fact, its complementary to your rats thesis
Human investors picked any stocks they wanted. The parrot, using its beak, made random choices from balls representing 30 blue chips including Samsung Electronics.
"The outcome of our contest was amazing. Ddalgi stood third with her investment return standing at 13.7 per cent," Chung Yeon-Dae, the Paxnet general manager, told AFP.
Human investors averaged a 4.6 per cent loss, with only two outperforming the parrot - one by 64.4 per cent and one by 21.4 per cent.
